Tahini Banana Bean Smoothie

This delicious smoothie tastes like cookie dough! Don’t fear the beans; you won’t notice them and they give a little extra nutrition and make the smoothie nice and thick!
Tahini Banana Bean Smoothie

Serves: makes 1 glass
Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- ½ large frozen banana
- 1 cup nondairy milk
- ⅓ cup drained and rinsed canned butter beans
- ½ tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until very smooth. Pour and enjoy! I like to add an ice cube to the smoothie glass to keep it extra cold while drinking!
